The following rates apply for 2012/2013

A deposit is required on booking of 30% and the balance 8 weeks before arrival this can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

There is also a security deposit payable on entry for damage returned on exit if no damage.

For occupancy of 5 or 6 people, there is an additional charge of £30 on the above rates to cover the cost of laundry and extra cleaning.
